Cocktail Class 'Sours'

Sat Aug 29th 12pm or Sun Aug 30th 12pm: Join head mixologist Lorraine Barber at the distillery as we begin our new cocktail classes! Two days to choose from: these are very intimate class sessions with limited seatings focusing on one of the core cocktail families: Sours. From Punsch to Whiskey Sours, Daiquiri to Daisy, On the Rocks to Shaken & Strained Egg White Perfection, she'll be diving into the history and techniques of Sour Cocktails. You'll be given the chance to learn, make, and drink several different types of sours. Learn some, drink some, join us!
