Barber Lee Spirits is a small, craft distillery that specializes in harder to make, unique, and delicious spirits. We are a grain to glass distillery: all of our products are fermented, distilled, aged, and bottled under our roof.

We use the finest ingredients to create our expressive whiskies, apple brandy, rum, and absinthe.

An Indoor Farmer's Market

Dozens of local food makers under one roof, the Monday before Thanksgiving. Cheese, bread, charcuterie, chocolate, honey, preserves, wine, and spirits, bought straight from the people who make them. Stock the table, knock out some gifts, stay a while and have fun!

This year, for the first time, we are hosting our annual event at our distillery (Barber Lee Spirits) in downtown Petaluma, where fair attendees will also have the opportunity to taste our spirits and enjoy seasonal cocktails and libations while they shop and enjoy our extensive holiday decorations!

FREE tickets and reservations are required, and will book your timeslot for entry.

Kids do not require tickets.

Who We Are

Two families brought together by their mutual love for craft spirits and the true art of distillation. The Barbers and the Lees started Barber Lee Spirits in 2017 in an old, brick warehouse built in 1910 in Petaluma, CA – a historic town in Sonoma County.

Here they use the finest malted rye, heirloom corn, raw sugar cane, and organic herbs and fruits to craft their expressive spirits. Traditional methods and sustainability are a large part of the Barber Lee process.
