Spiced Chocolate Passionfruit Cake

Decadent and unique: you can only find this cake at our dessert bar. Crafted by Mad Batter Bakery just for us, our dark chocolate cake is lightly spiced with cayenne and has a filling of passionfruit and chocolate ganache.

Carrot Cake

Mad Batter’s stand-out carrot cake (warmly spiced, dense-but-never-heavy) served over a pool of Cajeta, a goat’s milk caramel sauce that’s sweet, tangy, and complex in all the right ways.

Cannolis

The Sicilian original: crisp pastry shells filled with a smooth, lightly sweet ricotta cream, studded with chocolate chips, and finished with just a bright note of mandarin garnish.
